The extension runs entirely in your own browser. It counts how many messages you send on the supported AI services and stores those counts, your settings and your saved prompts locally in your browser. The content of your prompts and conversations is never sent to us or to any third party.
When you continue a conversation in another AI, the extension reads that conversation at that moment and pastes it into the input field of the service you choose. This happens only when you click, directly in your browser.
The sensitive data warning (such as national ID numbers or IBANs) checks your text locally just before sending. Nothing is stored or transmitted.
Only if you buy Pro: your email address, license key, plan and payment status, which we need to deliver, renew and cancel your license. Payments are handled by Mollie B.V.; we never see bank or card details. When the extension checks your license, it sends only the license key to our server.
Order and payment records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law, then deleted.
You can request access, correction or deletion via info@bedrijfsboekhouder.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
